Our grounds can accommodate up to 200 guests set in the elegance and charm of our outdoor country gardens with tented areas, fresh beautiful linens, exquisite table decorations and fresh flowers to make your special day even more special.

 

The “Just Us” Package
Celebrate your most joyous day with a truly private ceremony. You can choose to be married in our romantic gardens, in our Victorian gazebo, or in the privacy of your suite. We will arrange for a non-denominational officiate, as well as an elegant wedding cake to enjoy following your ceremony. You will experience sheer romance with two nights in The Charlevoix Honeymoon Suite which includes a Jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a romantic gift basket complete with a bottle of champagne, two keepsake engraved flutes, and a variety of gourmet chocolates and other treats. On the first day of your stay you will both experience ultimate rest and relaxation with a one-hour massage in the comfort of your room. On the second night, you will hold your ceremony, either privately, or in the company of your guests. All rooms include our signature full country breakfast and access to “Sherlock’s”, our English style Pub. Package includes up to eight guests plus the bride and groom. With this package you have the option of breakfast in your private suite.

The “Refined Luxury” Package
With this refined wedding package, you have the choice of a serene garden setting, our romantic Victorian gazebo, or a more intimate candlelight ceremony in our charming country parlor. A Reception will follow in our outdoor garden reception area. On the first day of your stay you will both experience ultimate rest and relaxation with a one-hour massage in the comfort of your room. We will arrange for a non-denominational officiate, as well as a custom-designed wedding cake to enjoy following your ceremony. We will provide a bouquet of fresh seasonal flowers for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom. The option of an indoor or al fresco buffet is available at an additional cost. You will stay for two nights in The Charlevoix Honeymoon Suite which includes a Jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a romantic gift basket complete with a bottle of champagne, engraved keepsake flutes, and a variety of gourmet chocolates and other treats. As a special gift from The Ann Stevens House, if your wedding guests rent all five of our uniquely decorated rooms in the Carriage House, each one will receive a 10% discount on their stay. The “Deluxe Delights” Package
Imagine… your special day will be memorialized for generations to come! You have the choice of selecting either our serene garden setting or our Victorian gazebo. A Reception will follow in our outdoor garden reception area. We will arrange for a non-denominational officiate. We will provide a bouquet of fresh seasonal flowers for the bride, a boutonniere for the groom, a custom-designed wedding cake, a two-hour bridal portrait session, and a Disc Jockey who specializes in wedding ceremonies and receptions. The option of an indoor or al fresco buffet is available at an additional cost. You will stay for two nights in The Charlevoix Honeymoon Suite which includes a Jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a romantic gift basket complete with a bottle of champagne, two engraved keepsake flutes, and a variety of gourmet chocolates and other treats. The “Complete Elegance” Package
The Complete Elegance Package incorporates a variety of both traditional and unique aspects into your wedding. On the day prior to your wedding, you and your bridal party will begin this package with a lavish limo ride to a luxury spa where you will be pampered with a full manicure, pedicure, salt glow and massage, followed by lunch. After lunch, the limo will take your bridal party back to the inn. You have the choice of a serene garden setting, our romantic Victorian gazebo ceremony. A Reception will follow in our outdoor garden reception area. We will arrange for a non-denominational officiate, a two-hour bridal portrait session, a videographer to cover your wedding ceremony and reception, a Disc Jockey, a bouquet of fresh seasonal flowers for the bride, a boutonniere for the groom, an al fresco buffet for you and your guests prepared by our chef’s kitchen, and a custom-designed wedding cake. You and your spouse will stay two nights in The Charlevoix Honeymoon Suite which includes a Jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a romantic gift basket complete with a bottle of champagne, two engraved keepsake flutes, and a variety of gourmet chocolates and other treats. “Complete Elegance” Package $7307.00 based on a four hour event for eighty guests**

As a special gift from The Ann Stevens House, if your wedding guests rent all nine of our uniquely decorated rooms, each one will receive a 15% discount on their stay.
