Accommodations

Situated on two acres and bordered by forest, the inn is made up of two buildings with guest rooms: The Main House and the Carriage House. The historic Main House, built-in 1895, is a charming two-story Victorian and offers four guest rooms with queen beds. Our second building, the Carriage House, built-in 1994 behind the Main House offers six guest rooms with king beds, private screened porches, and an onsite pub. Webster's Tavern serves beer, wine, and spirits on Thursday evenings and offers guests the opportunity to meet and socialize with the locals.

Main House – Lilacs & Lace

Second Floor Queen with Balcony. Originally used as a place for reading and resting during the day, this cozy room features an ornate iron queen canopy bed, a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub (no shower), and a balcony overlooking the front garden. It was featured as the room occupied by ""big city sports agent Rob Decker"" in the movie 'Ring the Bell'. Note: Standard Rate does not include breakfast, which is available as an optional add-on. No TV in this guestroom

Main House – Peaches & Cream

Second Floor Deluxe Queen. This charming room hosts a forest view and was Ann Steven's bedchamber. During WW2, it was rented to war brides whose husbands were stationed at a nearby airbase. The Peaches & Cream includes a clawfoot tub, spacious walk-in closet, and a Queen size bed. Watch the sun rise beyond the treetops from the window overlooking the forest. Note: Standard Rate does not include breakfast, which is available as an optional add-on. No TV in this guestroom.

Main House – Roses & Ribbons

Second Floor Deluxe Queen. This Victorian room features an ornate queen bed, antique vanity, walk-in shower, and spacious closet. The private screened patio provides a timeless view of the courtyard and majestic 100 year old Camphor trees. Our Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:
Advanced payment is required before the check-in date. (1) The total price of the reservation will be charged within 7 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. (2) Payments for 3 or more guestrooms, and payments for special events (ex. Voices from Beyond Paranormal Investigation Weekend packages) are required at time of reservation and are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
(1) If canceled or modified 8 days or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in, no fee will be charged. (2) If canceled or modified less than 8 days before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows), 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

MAX OCCUPANCY:
Two (2) per guest room (Queen, and Deluxe King – ADA Compliant), and up to three (3) per Deluxe King room

CHILDREN:

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are welcome.

GUEST PETS:
We are unable to accommodate guest pets.

SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY:
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Burning candles or incense prohibited on property

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS:
Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/damaged items, etc., and any costs incurred to collect these charges. If payment is by credit card, account may be charged for all charges incurred, including any and all damages and missing items.

GUEST ROOM KEY REPLACEMENT:
The replacement fee is $25 per missing guest room key.

SERVICE NOTICE:
This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

LIABILITY AND LOST ITEMS:
Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Management will not be responsible for any items left in the room or on the property.

AUTO-COLLECT

Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

CHILDREN AND PET POLICIES
